In 1998, Julie Finley and Eric Starr combined their
collective transactional experience of over 50 years to
form the law offices of Starr Finley LLP in San
Francisco. The firm has grown significantly since then,
with six attorneys on staff and areas of specialty that
now include real estate, corporate finance, taxation and commercial business transactions.
