Emily’s practice focuses on corporate and real estate matters, including LLC and corporate formations, property acquisitions, and commercial leases. Most recently, she has developed a particular interest in Green Building and LEED Certification.
Emily earned her B.A. in Political Science at the University of California at Santa Cruz in 2002 and received her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2006, graduating Cum Laude. She joined Starr Finley in 2007 and became a member of the California State Bar in 2006. A member of the University of San Francisco Law Review, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Martin J. Jenkins in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California, and clerked at Bay Area Legal Aid.
Emily is a resident of San Francisco. A fan of the outdoors, she enjoys running, hiking, and snowboarding in her spare time.
