Our finance capabilities are deep and far-ranging and include the initial structuring and closing of finance transactions, joint venture negotiations, loan administration and restructures, participatory loan agreements, and workouts. In fact, we have handled some of the largest workouts in Northern California.
Although we are a boutique firm, we have the depth of talent and experience often associated with larger offices. In particular, we are notably adroit at recognizing problems in advance and applying the measures necessary to mitigate damages.
